Our services range from tailored facials, enzyme treatments, dermaplaning, acne treatments and hydrogen-oxygen facials to brow shaping, Brazilian waxing, and Permanent Makeup Ombré Brows. At BBS Brow & Skin Studio, our focus is on enhancing natural beauty while educating on the importance of proper skincare and aftercare to obtain the maximum results for your service in and out of the treatment room. We also offer weekly specials, such as Waxing Wednesdays, and Facial Fridays to show our client appreciation with weekly incentives. **Deposit Policy** We strive to provide clarity and transparency in our deposit policy. All deposits will be applied to the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to delivering an exceptional beauty experience tailored to your needs! ***CANCELLATION POLICY*** Our commitment to providing exceptional service includes a thoughtful approach to scheduling. To maintain the integrity of our appointments, please be advised of our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the service cost. Due to such a short time frame to fill this slot which was blocked off and reserved to your service makes it difficult to fill in another appointment in such a short timeline. You may reschedule your appointment 1x to remain within the 30 days of your original appointment with your current deposit any reschedules after that will result in a new deposit fee. Additionally, any no-call, no-show instances, or rescheduling / cancelling on the day of the service will result in a charge amounting to 100% of the booked service and put on a ban list until all balances are paid and up to date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting both our time and yours. I understand with our policies in place could result in us not being the best spa provider for you which is okay. We wish you the best on your journey. *** BEFORE BOOKING YOUR PERMANENT MAKEUP BROWS & LIP BLUSH*** For the safety and optimal results of your PMU service, please note that appointments cannot be booked on the day of or within the following week if you've experienced any of the following contraindications within the last 30 days: 1. Botox or dermal fillers 2. Chemical peels or laser treatments 3. Sunburn or excessive sun exposure 4. Active skin infections or irritations 5. Recent use of Accutane or other medications affecting skin sensitivity This policy ensures your well-being and the success of your PMU experience. Thank you for your understanding. To maintain the quality of service and ensure appointments stay on schedule, we have implemented the following late arrival policy: • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. • Late Fee: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a 35% late fee will be applied to your total service cost. This ensures we can accommodate your appointment without compromising the schedule for other clients but not guaranteed your spot will still be secured but later booking may be available with fee attached.
