Please take a moment to review the following policies before booking: Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. ⸻ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We value your time and ours. To uphold quality service: • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the service total. • You may reschedule once (within 30 days of the original appointment) using your existing deposit. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • No-call, no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge and removal from our booking system until the balance is paid in full. We understand this may not align with every guest’s expectations, and that’s okay — we wish you the best in your self-care journey. ⸻ Permanent Makeup Booking Requirements To ensure the best results and avoid complications, you cannot book a PMU Brows or Lip Blush service if you have had any of the following in the past 30 days: 1. Botox or dermal fillers 2. Chemical peels or laser resurfacing 3. Sunburn or excessive sun exposure 4. Active skin infections or inflammation 5. Accutane or skin-sensitizing medications If you’re unsure, please reach out before booking so we can safely guide your next steps. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy • 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a 35% late fee, and we cannot guarantee your appointment slot will still be available. If rescheduling is necessary, a new deposit may be required. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled appointment, or have to reschedule on the day of or within 48 hrs of your appointment, or fail to communicate forfeiting your appointment resulting in a no call no show. In this instance , 100% of the service fee will be charged. You can not book a further service until the balance is paid. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hrs a 100% cancellation or rescheduling fee will be applied. A one time rescheduled appointment is allowed with current deposit as long as appointment is booked within 30 days of the original appointment and not rescheduled within 48 hours of current appointment. Any further rescheduling after will result in a new deposit.
